Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.(CST) Friday, September 12, 2025

Check-out: noon (CST) Sunday, September 14, 2025

Registration Fee

Early Bird Registration - extended to July 7, 2025 - $160.00

Space and tickets are limited so register early! 

Prices subject to change after May 1.

Each person attending the retreat must register separately.

This fee includes all meetings and seminars, two meals, and free airport shuttle to and from O'Hare. Parking is available at a discounted daily rate of $10.

Registration fee does NOT include accommodations. 

Hotel registration, @ $149.00 per night, is separate from retreat registration and an email will be sent after purchase of your event ticket for anyone needing accommodations. 

Attention!

If you plan on staying longer or arriving early please contact Matthew (see below) for instructions. The Sheraton cannot make/take/update reservations, and contacting the Marriott reservations line directly will not secure the block rate. 

Please note: If you are sharing a room, ONLY ONE PERSON needs to make a room reservation.
